The problem I am having with General Accident insures is that I cannot schedule the time for the change of the car on my policy.
This is a serious problem for me because I need to drive my old car on the policy to the dealership (insured) to be traded in and then schedule the new car to be updated onto the policy from 1 o'clock when I drive the new car away.
I want to get the resolved ASAP however General Accident does not have helpline and deal with customers only over email, which states on their website can take up to a day for them to reply.
