Log book loans have my log book document and mot certificate, is there any chance i can get a replacement mot and a log book certifcate so i can sell the car to pay it back , the loan plus interest is more than i can get for my car so if i can pay most of it off my payments will drop.

if the car is still registered in yr name u can get a form from the post office for a duplicate log book which u will have 2 pay £25 2 the dvla. U can get a copy of yr mot from the garage where u had it done again they will charge u prob about £10.

you will get a clean V5 from the DVLA (branches around the rustic). the unique storage who did the MOT will reprint the certificates, yet while it became carried out earlier you obtain the automobile, then you somewhat would possibly no longer have that documents obtainable. wherein case you ought to get the attempt carried out lower back. BTW if that's the case you ought to notchronic the automobile on the known public roads until you're taking it directly to an MOT station for attempting out.

Why have they taken the log book and MOT certificate, but not the car?

Very odd.
