I still have my California license. If I do lose my case, I will get a point on my record (on my CA record). My question is: If I get my Colorado license before a decision is made by the CA court, will the California DMV notify the Colorado DMV of the decision?

My goal is to avoid my insurance finding the point on my record. If I do indeed do not get out of the ticket, I can either wait to get my Colorado license, or get it while I'm still fighting the ticket.
