would like to know the hp for all the types of police vehicle in BC

You will never have that information, there are too many different vehicles on police forces in British Columbia, from Crown Vics to Chargers, from Tahoes to all manner of plain-clothes vehicles. You can get the approximate specs on police issue vehicles that aren't special order upgrades, but every police force has at least one secret weapon. Witness the special edition RCMP black and white Highway Patrol cars, the series of approximately 200 issued with large round cherries instead of light bars. We don't know for sure what the specs are on that because they haven't released details of the upgrades. All I know is, I have yet to see somebody try to outrun one of them.
